Craig M. Sandberg Appointed by U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit

Cincinnati, Ohio – Following a jury trial, Defendant was found guilty of conspiracy to distribute less than 500 grams of cocaine and less than 28 grams of cocaine base, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§§ 846, 841(b)(1)(C), and 851. The district court sentenced Defendant to 117 months imprisonment.
