After Reversing Client’s Sentence in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, Favorable Sentence Obtained Related to Cocaine Conspiracy

Covington, KY – Craig M. Sandberg (Chicago, IL) won reversal by the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit of a 114-month sentence for conspiring to possess with intent to distribute cocaine. Following remand, Craig obtained a more favorable sentence for his client.
