Oral Arguments Set in Challenge to Chicago Police Officer's Obstruction of Justice Conviction

Chicago, IL – Following a jury trial, Defendant was found guilty of obstruction of justice, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1512(c)(2). The district court sentenced Defendant to sixty months imprisonment. Defendant is appealing his convictions and sentence.

WHAT: Oral arguments set in United States v. Coleman (Docket No. 17-3636).
