Chicago, IL – Following a bench trial, Defendant (pro se) was found guilty of four misdemeanor counts of willfully failing to file tax returns for income for tax years 2009 through 2012, in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 7203. The district court sentenced Defendant to six months imprisonment. Defendant is appealing his convictions and sentence.
