On July 2, 2011, at approximately 1:12 a.m., Adam Morek was driving F-30 on his motorcycle northbound on Cicero Avenue when he crashed his motorcycle. Adam Morek had been drinking at Cuzin’s Pub & Eatery, located at 17704 Oak Park Avenue, Tinley Park, Illinois 60477. Prior to Cuzin’s, Morek had been at the Mötley Crüe concert at First Midwest Band Amphitheater where he, upon information and belief, was served alcohol as well.

Live Nation, Aramark, and B&D Entertainment, Inc. were covered by Section 5/6-21 of the Liquor Control Act of 1934 (“the Act”) (235 ILCS 5/1-1, et seq.), which is commonly known as the “Dram Shop Act,” for causes of action involving persons injured on or after January 20, 2011 (like Tricia Raymond), the maximum j recovery permitted for injury to the person shall not exceed $61,151.39. (The maximum allowable was received from these parties under the law)
